Payment
We require 50% advance payment when placing an order and 50% after delivery .
Delivery
Every staircase is made for you in Italy by Mobirolo. Staircase delivery time is 6 weeks.
Self assembly staircase kits - delivery time is 2 weeks.
Installation
We deliver and install all our staircases, and we offer professional help and advice at every stage.
Installation of a self assembly staircase is very easy and should take no more than one day . The Kits come with a detailed manual and DVD to help you assemble it yourself.
Staircase warranty
The warranty given by Mobirolo products is 24 months starting from the invoice date which includes the repair/replacement of defective parts including the cost of delivery.
The warranty does not include expenses incurred by the customer with regard to wall building,
unusable stairs or other expenses.
